What the Platform Does

Skills Assessment Engine

The platform starts with a 40-question behavioral assessment that maps each manager against 8 core competencies: clarity of direction, feedback quality, delegation effectiveness, conflict resolution, team development, managing up, change communication, and hiring judgment. Scores are benchmarked against managers at the same seniority level and company stage.

Coaching Coordination

HR administrators assign coaching engagements, match managers to coaches by industry and specialty, and track session completion. Managers schedule sessions directly through the platform. After each session, the manager logs a reflection note and a specific action they plan to take before the next session. Coaches can see prior session notes and track follow-through.

Cohort Learning Environment

Live cohort sessions run through the platform's video integration. Between sessions, managers access pre-session reading, case materials, and structured reflection prompts. The cohort discussion forum keeps the group connected between live sessions and surfaces common themes the facilitator can address the following week.

Leadership Track Library

12 self-paced tracks organized by management stage and challenge type. Modules average 12-18 minutes each. Every module ends with a practice exercise tied to the specific skill covered - not a quiz, but a structured reflection or a template to complete using a real situation from the manager's current role.

HR Reporting Dashboard

Program administrators see engagement data (sessions attended, tracks completed, assessment scores over time), cohort progress by week, and individual manager development trajectories. Reports can be exported for quarterly talent reviews. For enterprise clients, data exports are available in CSV and can connect to Workday, BambooHR, and Rippling via API.

Template + Tools Library

Every program includes access to a curated library of management tools: 1:1 agenda templates, feedback frameworks, delegation checklists, performance conversation guides, and hiring rubrics. Templates are formatted to be used in Google Docs, Notion, or Word. New tools are added quarterly based on what coaches and managers are actually asking for.
