These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at themintable.org and the management training platform operated by The Mintable ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The Mintable provides a management training platform that includes assessments, learning modules, coaching playbooks, 1:1 frameworks, and related tools designed for people in people-management roles. The features available to you depend on the plan you or your organization has subscribed to.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We'll give reasonable notice before making changes that significantly affect your use of the platform.
To use the platform, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately at [email protected].
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts are for individual use and may not be shared with others unless your plan explicitly allows for multiple seats.
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in ways that don't interfere with other users' access to the service. You may not:
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, depending on your selection). Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
All fees are stated in USD and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as described in our refund policy. If payment fails, we may suspend your access until payment is resolved.
We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at your next renewal after the notice period ends.
We offer a free trial period for individual accounts. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, your access will convert to a limited free tier or prompt you to subscribe, depending on the offer at the time. We reserve the right to modify or end trial offers.
All content on the platform — including text, frameworks, assessments, course materials, and software — is owned by or licensed to The Mintable. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in platform content.
Your account data (assessment results, notes, progress) belongs to you. We don't claim ownership of content you create within the platform.
Organizations that purchase team or enterprise plans ("Customers") may invite their employees to use the platform. The Customer is responsible for ensuring its users comply with these Terms. We may terminate access for individual users who violate these Terms without affecting the Customer's account.
Enterprise plans are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement where one exists. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and an MSA, the MSA takes precedence.
You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period for paid plans.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if your payment remains outstanding, or if we determine your use poses a risk to the platform or other users. We'll give advance notice where possible.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using the platform — management development depends on many factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Mintable's total liability for claims arising out of these Terms or your use of the platform will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington, unless you are covered by consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction that provide otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
